In most circumstances, we will guarantee to complete the switch 7 working days after your account is opened. This will include existing payments being transferred and future debits and credits being redirected.
If we cannot guarantee to complete your switch in 7 working days, we will need you to complete a form before we can complete your switch. This typically takes 10-15 working days.
