To remove someone, you'll need their consent.
You’ll both need:
- A selfie (front and side profile)
- Photo ID (e.g. passport, driving licence or EU ID card)
Please note the person remaining on the account will need to start the application using digidocs (opens in a new window).
If you’re looking to remove a person from a joint account that already has more than 2 account holders, you cannot complete this request online and will need to visit your local branch
