How do I downgrade my account?

You can downgrade your account online anytime:

  1. View our account range (opens in a new window)
  2. Select the account you wish have
  3. Then select the 'Change my account' button
  4. Choose to 'Change your existing account'
  5. Then follow the application through, completing all the necessary steps

Alternatively you can call us or visit a branch.
