How is a Third Party Mandate removed?

You can now remove a third party with us via our website (opens in a new window).

Alternatively, to remove a third party mandate from an account you will have to complete: Remove a Party from a Personal Account Form (.pdf 33kb).Please ensure all fully authorised parties on the account complete the form. Once printed and the required fields completed you can visit any branch with your ID.

The signature of the third party is not required to remove them from the account.

The Third Party can be removed from the account at their own request and without the account holders authority.
