Am I eligible for the Alerts Service?

Business and Personal customers are eligible for alerts.

You must be aged over 11 and have a valid UK mobile number or email address.

When you manage your alerts from the 'Alerts' section within Online Banking, only accounts that can support the alerts service will be shown. You need to be aged 11 or over to use Online Banking

You can also manage your alerts using Telephone banking or by visiting one of our branches.

You can set up alerts for your Credit Card if you're registered for Credit Card Online Services.
