When does my current mortgage deal end?

Check online

You can check when your current deal ends by logging in to Manage Your Mortgage (opens in a new window).

Please note: This service is only available to customers who took their mortgage out with us after 31st October 2004. You will also need your mortgage account number to hand. Once you are logged in, you can view the detail of your current deal, as well as any deals you may be eligible for. Under 'How your mortgage is made up - the detail', you can see when your current deals end.

Let us remind you

We will write to you around three months before your mortgage deal ends. Included will be a reminder of your current deal end date, as well as how you can renew your deal.

Renew in branch, or over the phone

You can book an appointment at your local branch, or you can call us.

Once you have chosen the offer that is right for you, we will send your paperwork to you and you will have 14 days to decide if you want to accept. The paperwork will give details of the finer points of the mortgage deal as well as any terms and conditions.

For more information, visit our renewal page (opens in a new window), where you can view deals and other important information.

Whether you are an existing customer, or a new customer thinking of applying for a mortgage, you can use our mortgage calculator (opens in a new window) to view our current range of mortgages.
