If you don't recognise a transaction on your Visa debit card, you should check our Merchants List to see if the retailer has a different trading name to the one you'd expect.
If you still don't recognise it, you can challenge the transaction.
If you've paid for goods or services using your Visa debit card and you've not yet received them, the best place to start is by contacting the retailer. If you still can't resolve the issue yourself, we'll help you raise a claim.
If you've been charged twice for something on your debit card and you've not been able to resolve it directly with the retailer, we can help you claim a refund.
