How can I transfer money between my accounts?

Transferring money between your own accounts online

Use the 'Quick Transfer' box to the left of the 'Account summary' page, this will allow you to make an immediate transfer.

or

Select 'Payments and transfers' then select 'Make a payment or transfer' and follow the on screen instructions. Using this option transfers can be made immediately or scheduled up to 120 days in the future.

To transfer funds to another bank or to another persons account, select 'Payments and transfers' then under the 'Make a payment or transfer' section select 'Make a payment or transfer' and follow the on screen instructions.

Transferring money between your own accounts using our mobile app

Select the account to transfer from, select 'Payments and transfer', then select the account you wish to transfer to. Enter the amount and select 'Ok', then 'Transfer' and finally 'Ok' again to complete your transfer.

Transferring money in a branch

Transfers between your accounts or to another persons account can also be made in branch using your debit card and PIN.
