How can I change my business address?

You have 4 options for changing your business address with us.

You can change your business address with us either over the phone, by printing and completing a form, by writing to your Business Manager or by visiting a branch. Details on the time taken to update your address are set out in the following table.

Options Time taken to update Requirements
Over the phone 1 working day Have an enabled card-reader for Online Banking
Complete a form 3-5 working days Complete a Change of Address Non Personal Customers (.pdf) 59kb form and return to a branch or your Business Manager.
In Branch   Bring in your Debit card, pin and proof of ID
