Why can't I log in to the Mortgage Application Tracker?

Our Mortgage Application Tracker takes 48 hours to be activated with your details once your application is submitted, so if you've only just submitted your application, please just try again in 48 hours.

If you are still have problems logging into the Application Tracker then there are 5 things to check:

  1. Check that you are using the correct mortgage reference number
    This can be found on your confirmation email and mortgage offer documents.
  2. Make sure your application is eligible
    If you've applied for a fixed or tracker rate mortgage, you can use the tracker. You cannot track an Offset mortgage application with this tool.
  3. Check you are not 'locked out'
    After 5 failed log in attempts, your account will be locked for 12 hours. You should try again after that time or call us and we'll be happy to help.
  4. Check your browser
    The tool will not work with Internet Explorer 8 or earlier versions. Please use a more up-to-date browser such as Internet Explorer 9 or Chrome, Safari and Firefox.
  5. Time of day
    The tracker is unavailable between 5.00am to 7.00am. If you are trying to access the tool at this time then you will not be able to do so.
