How can I request an up to date mortgage valuation on my property?

If you're an existing customer then you can check the most recent valuation of your property by logging in to Manage Your Mortgage (opens in a new window). You'll find your last valuation amount as well as the date it was taken as soon as you log in.

You can request an up to date valuation by calling us on the numbers detailed below.

When will I receive my valuation?

If you would like a valuation there and then on the phone, we will give you an estimated figure over the phone. This will be based on the current House Pricing Index (HPI). If the HPI figure comes back lower than what you previously had as a valuation, we will still use the previous valuation for your property.

If you would like a more thorough valuation carried out, we will contact one of our approved valuers on your behalf. They will contact you within 2 working days to arrange an appointment. We would then generally expect a valuation to come back to us about a week after the appointment. The whole process usually takes between 10 days to 2 weeks.

Please note that if you choose the second option, and the new valuation is lower than the previous figure, then we have to use the revised, lower figure as your valuation. This is because it has been carried out by an independent valuer.
