How can we help you?

We will arrange to refund a proportion of your fee where applicable. This will show on your account on different dates depending on when your last fee was charged:

  • Fee charged in January 2016
    No refund will be applied as you have had a full year of benefits.
  • Fee charged in February 2016 to October 2016
    We will refund you in January 2017 a proportion of your fee. E.g. if your annual fee was charged in June 2016, we will refund you half of the fee covering the six month period from 1st January 2017.
  • Fee charged in November or December 2016.
    If your fee is charged in November or December 2016, we will refund you in the same month.
