In addition to the customer ID, business Bankline customers also have a user ID.

This is a memorable word of your choice, between 6-20 characters, including at least one number.

Have you forgotten your business Bankline user ID?

You have two options for retrieval:

  1. If the Automated PIN/Password facility is enabled for your Bankline Customer ID, you will be able to select a 'Forgotten PIN/Password' link on the Bankline log-in screen (partial PIN/Password entry page). You will be asked to enter your existing Bankline User email address. We will then validate your request and, if successful, you will receive a new activation code within 30 minutes.
  2. If Automated PIN/Password reset has not been enabled then you will need to sign and return a Password reactivation form. A link to the form will appear on the Bankline log-in error screen if you have failed to enter your details correctly. Once received, an activation code will be emailed within 2 hours.

Your local Bankline administrator can turn on Automated PIN/Password reset if your business would like to benefit from this time saving feature in the future.
