If you haven't received a text message with the activation code please complete the following:

  • Check that the mobile number you confirmed is correct using Online Banking
  • Turn your phone off and switch it back on, then check your text messages to see if you have received an SMS from us with your activation code
  • Check your signal and Wi-Fi strength
  • If you have just changed your mobile number, you will need to wait 3 full days before re-trying

In the meantime, you can still use your Online Banking service.
