Can I activate a new card for my savings account online?

If you are receiving a replacement card for your savings account you shouldn't need to activate it unless you are also receiving a replacement PIN.

Should you need to activate your card for your savings account you can do so online. The process is identical to that for activating a new debit card.

  • Log in to your Online Banking service at www.nwolb.com (opens in a new window)
  • Select 'Cards' from the main menu
  • Then from the 'Debit cards' section click on 'Activate a new debit card'
  • Follow the on screen instructions

You can also activate your card by contacting us or by visiting a branch.
