I have tried to register for Paym, but a 'no number stored' message is displayed.

If you are receiving a 'no number stored' message when you try to register for Paym, it means that we do not hold a record of your mobile telephone number.

You will need to update your mobile number with us before you can complete your Paym registration.

This can be done in one of several ways:

Once we have your correct mobile number you can register for Paym using the Mobile Banking app.

Please have your Customer Number and PIN ready as this will enable your call to be answered faster and more securely. These are the same details you use to log in to Online Banking.
