I need to claim back money that I have spent on an order/services which I haven't received?

If you want to dispute a transaction we recommend you contact the retailer and attempt to resolve the issue with them directly.

If you haven't been provided with a specific delivery date, we need to allow 15 days from the money leaving your account to fulfil your order before the items are classed as missing or not received.

Remember to keep a record of your attempts of resolving the matter as we may require a copy of this from you.

If you are unable to resolve the issue with the retailer directly, you can complete one of the following forms based on your circumstances.

Details you will need are -

  1. Your account and card payment details
  2. The payment details - Company, Amount, Frequency, Payment Date
