I need to claim back money that I have spent on an order/services which I haven't received?

If the date that you were expecting to receive your order or service has passed or you have written confirmation that you won't be receiving it, we can help review your dispute.

In cases where you weren't given a specific delivery date, we need to allow the company 15 days from the money leaving your account to fulfil your order.
