My original card-reader is broken, do I send it back to you?

Yes, please send your broken card-reader to the address below and remember to order yourself a replacement card-reader.

To order a card-reader simply access your accounts online and select 'Security' from the main menu. From the 'Using a card-reader' section select 'Order a card-reader', then follow the on screen instructions.
