It may be that the 'Remember me' option has been enabled, if so you should see a name at the top of that page. The 'Remember me' option allows your customer number to be stored on your computer.
By enabling the option, you are able to go straight to 'Login - Step 2' on future logins and enter the random digits/characters of your PIN and password, without the need to enter your Customer number.
To remove the 'Remember me' option select the 'not (your name)' option on the 'Remember me' PIN and password page. This will take you to the customer number page.
