How do I set up Alerts?

To set up Alerts on your account:

  1. Log into Online Banking at www.nwolb.com (opens in a new window)
  2. From the main menu select the 'Alerts' option.
  3. From the 'Alerts' page select the 'Manage alerts' button
  4. You will then be able to view and amend the alerts on your account.

If you cannot see a 'Manage alerts' button you will need to provide us with your email address and/or your mobile phone number using the 'Your details' section of Online Banking.

Please note: if you have provided us with a valid UK mobile number, then you will automatically receive Activity Alerts.

You can also register for or amend your Alerts using telephone banking or by visiting one of our branches.

Please have your Customer Number and PIN ready as this will enable your call to be answered faster and more securely. These are the same details you use to log in to Online Banking.
