Does my card-reader store or record any personal information?

No - your card-reader does not store any personal information so no one will be able to gain access to your accounts if your card-reader is lost or stolen.

If your card-reader is ever lost or stolen simply order a free replacement.

To order a replacement:

  1. Log in to Online Banking at www.nwolb.com (opens in a new window)
  2. Select 'Security' from the main menu
  3. From the 'Using a card-reader' section select 'Order a card-reader' and follow the on screen instructions.

There's no charge for this service.

Please allow up to 15 working days for your card-reader to arrive. As with all communications we will send the card-reader to the main customer address shown in our records.

We recommend that you only use a card-reader from a trusted source.
