To amend a transfer online:

  1. Log in to Online Banking at www.onlinebanking.natwest.com (opens in a new window)
  2. Select 'Payments and transfers' from the main menu
  3. From the 'Make a payment or transfer' section select 'Manage scheduled payments'
  4. Select the appropriate scheduled transfer from your list of transfers, then follow the instructions on screen

If you have set the transfer date as todays date then the transfer will have been processed and cannot be amended .
