As long as you follow the steps through to the confirmation page when you cancel a scheduled transfer between your accounts using Online Banking then your transfer will be cancelled.

However, if you wish to check that you have successfully cancelled a scheduled transfer online:

  1. Log in to Online Banking at (opens in a new window)
  2. Select 'Payments and transfers' from the main menu, then on the Payments and transfers landing page select 'Manage scheduled payments'

If the transfer has been cancelled it will no longer be displayed in your scheduled transfers list. If the transfer has not been cancelled then it will still show in the list and an option to cancel the transfer will be available.
