How do I change the names of my accounts as they appear online?

You can change the names of your accounts as they appear in your Online Banking service. This name change will apply to all aspects of the online service, but will not be reflected on paper statements or other literature.

To change your online account name

  1. Log in to your Online Banking service at (opens in a new window)
  2. Select 'Your details' from the left hand menu
  3. Under the 'Change account names' section click on 'Change account names'
  4. Follow the simple instructions on screen.
