If you have chosen to stop receiving statements by post, we'll send you an email to let you know when your Pre-advice of Interest and Charges is available to view online.

The Pre-advice of Interest and Charges Alert will be issued monthly but only if your account has incurred interest and/or charges.

To access your pre-advice of interest and charges online:

  1. Log in to Online Banking at www.onlinebanking.natwest.com (opens in a new window)
  2. Select 'Statements & transactions' from the main menu
  3. In the 'Your statements' section, select 'Pre-advice of interest & charges'
  4. If advices are available they can be downloaded as a PDF document (Portable Document Format)

If we have an issue sending your email alert a letter will be sent to you explaining the issue. If the issue is not resolved your paper statements will be turned back on automatically.

Don't forget to check your transactions regularly, and please remember we'll never ask you for your PIN and password by email.
