Why can I not register my card for the Credit Card Online service?

If you are trying to register using a Gold Plus MasterCard, Premier Black Charge Card or an Advantage Premier Charge Card, please note these cards are not currently supported.

If you have a different NatWest credit card and are experiencing an 'Unable to validate information' error message when registering, please ensure the following;

  • Your card number must be the full 16 digits, no spaces.
  • Your name must be exactly as it appears on your credit card, including the title, spaces, and capital letters.
