I've not received email alerts for my credit card, what should I do?

If you are not receiving email alerts for your credit card, check that your alerts are still set up via Credit Card Online Services (https://cardservices.natwest.com/ (opens in a new window)) under 'Alerts' then 'View my alerts'.

  • Ensure your email address is up to date.
  • Please check your spam/junk folder, in case your email client has identified the email as spam.
  • Check with your email provider, as the emails may be in a blocked addresses list. Our emails are sent from CreditCardOnlineServices@cards.natwest.co.uk
