How can I change my address for my credit card?

To change your address for your credit card;

  1. Log in to Credit Card Online Services (opens in a new window).
  2. Select 'Personal details' from the main menu
  3. Then 'View and manage personal details'.
  4. Under 'Your contact information'.
  5. Select 'Change your address or phone numbers'.
  6. 'Submit'
  7. 'Confirm your new contact details'
  8. 'Submit'

Please note: This will only change your address for your credit card. If you have NatWest current and/or savings accounts you will need to update your address separately. Find out more about how to change your address for your current and savings accounts.

If writing, please include your new address and make sure you sign the letter. Usually a change via letter will take 6 working days from posting. If you have an account with us please mention it in your letter so we can ensure the address for your account is also updated. Please note the letter may be subject to extra security checks especially if your signature does not match our records.
