If I change my mind do I still have to pay the monthly fee for an account when I apply?

If you use any of the benefits within 60 days of your account being opened and are not satisfied within that 60 day period, we will refund all subscription fees you have paid in the first 60 days of account opening.

If you change your mind on your packaged account contact our telephony banking. Here we can go through the features of the account with you to ensure you can make an informed decision about whether the account is right for you.

We will be able to calculate if this account is saving/making you more money than it is costing you.

If you decide that the account doesn't meet your needs, we will be able to convert your account.
