I get a blank page when downloading a PDF statement?

If you're using Internet Explorer to download a PDF statement from Credit Card Online Services but after clicking on the download link only a blank page is displayed, it may be that Internet Explorer has the option 'Do not save encrypted pages to disk' turned on. To turn this off in Internet Explorer go to:

  • Within the browser window select 'Tools'
  • 'Internet Options'
  • 'Advanced tab'
  • Scroll down to the Security section and untick 'Do not save encrypted pages to disk'
  • Try the download again
