What do I do if I lose my connection while making a Paym payment?

Sending money using Paym is part of 'Pay your contacts' in the Mobile app.

If you lost connection while making a payment with 'Pay your contacts', log back in to the Mobile app and check if the money has left your chosen account.

If it has left your account the payment was successful.

If the money has not left your chosen account, the payment will need to be made again.
