How do I view my multiple businesses in the app?

Ensure you have updated to the latest version of the app. To view the accounts of your multiple businesses in the app, you will need to add in each business individually.

You will need your full Online Banking customer number and we will ask you for certain characters from your Online Banking security number and password for that business.

Once you have logged into the app:

  1. Tap the profile icon found in the top right hand corner of the app
  2. Select the option to add a business
  3. You will need to have registered the business for Online Banking and have the Online Banking customer number, pin and password of the business at hand
  4. Give the business profile a name and enter in the customer number of the business
  5. Then enter in the characters requested of your pin and password
  6. Click on Next and your business would have been successfully added
  7. Follow the same steps to add in your next business

Once you have added the businesses in, the next time you log in to the app, you can select a business profile to view and easily switch between the different profiles.
