I have more than one Online Banking Customer Number. Can I view all my business accounts on the app?

You can currently only link one customer number to the mobile banking app. If you're a business customer, this means you'll only be able to use the app for the accounts linked to that number.

We will be updating the NatWest mobile banking app so you can manage all your customer numbers in the one app. In the meantime, you can use the app for your main business, and manage the rest through Online Banking on your phone.

To make this easier, you can create a shortcut to Online Banking on your iOS device for each business you want to access.

Here's how:

  1. Open NatWest Online Banking in your phone’s browser
  2. Tap on the 'share' icon and choose 'add to home screen' or 'add to favourites'.

You'll then be able to get straight to Online Banking from an icon on your home screen or through your browser favourites.
