The branch you paid the cheque to will send it to the paying bank and also forward the request to the Special Presentations team. The team will call the paying bank the next day to see if the cheque has been received and if they can give a decision.

Once we have the decision from the paying bank the Special Presentations team will call you to let you know the status of the cheque.

This service will only be available for paper cleared cheques and we will provide further guidance on this as we receive it.
