We'll process your balance transfer on the first working day after we receive your request. If your balance transfer is included within a new application, this will be delayed until your application has been processed.

Subject to additional checks, the payment will be received by your lender(s) on the next working day. It may take longer if we receive your request outside business hours (on a weekday after 7pm, or any time at the weekend or on a bank holiday).

You may not transfer the balance from another NatWest Group credit card.
