Why am I receiving an error message when setting up a standing order to a Coutts account?

If you receive an error message advising of an invalid account number when setting up a standing order to an account held at Coutts Bank, please check to see if the last digit of the account number is a 0 or a 9. If the last digit of the account number is a 0 or a 9, please remove the last digit and add a zero to the beginning of the account number. For example 23456789 would become 02345678.
