What is an email Alert?

The email alerts are designed to keep you in touch with your personal accounts by notifying you when a statement and/or pre-advice of interest and charges are available for you to view online.

We will send you emails regarding your statements if you have chosen to stop receiving bank statements by post.

Email alerts are only available to Personal customers, and one email is sent per account. All emails are sent as HTML, and if we have an issue sending your email alert a letter will be sent to you explaining the issue and advising that if it is not rectified paper statements will be turned back on automatically.

We recommend that you regularly check your transactions online, for each of your accounts.
