Am I at risk or liable for anything if my card-reader is stolen?

Don't worry - your card-reader does not store any personal information, so no one will be able to gain access to your accounts if your card-reader is lost or stolen.

If your card-reader is ever lost or stolen, simply order a free replacement. To order a replacement access your Online Banking account and select 'Security' from the main menu. From the 'Using a card-reader' section select 'Order a card-reader', then follow the on screen instructions.
