How do I alter the text size?

If the text on our site is too large or too small we would suggest the best way to adjust this is to use the Zoom option which is built into most modern browsers. The zoom functionality on your browser can normally be accessed by selecting 'View' from your browsers menu.

Zoom In - to increase the size of the site.
Zoom Out - to decrease the size of the site.

Using a PC - Use the zoom function on your browser to Zoom in and out by holding down the Ctrl key and pressing either + or -. If you have a mouse with a scroll wheel holding down the Ctrl key on you keyboard and moving the scroll wheel on your mouse will also allow you to zoom in and out.

Using a Mac - Use the zoom function on your browser to zoom in and out by holding down the Apple/Command Key and pressing either + or -.

In earlier browser versions you may only be able to increase or decrease the text size instead of the whole page. The option to increase or decrease the size of the text will normally be found by selecting view on your browsers menu. Increasing the size of the text too far may obscure some of the options displayed on our site.

Our site is designed with a fixed width that will fit a screen resolution of 1024x768 pixels so that when the browser window is maximised there should be no need to scroll horizontally.
