Is there a cut off point to cancel or amend a credit card payment?

Scheduled payments made using Online Banking can be cancelled or amended up to 6.30pm (UK time) on the working day before the payment is due to be made.

If you have set up a scheduled payment at your branch, it will not appear in Online Banking. Please contact your branch if you wish to amend or cancel any such payment.
