Scheduled payments made using Online Banking can be cancelled or amended up to 6.30pm (UK time) on the working day before the payment is due to be made.

If you have set up a scheduled payment at a branch, it will not appear in Online Banking. Please contact a branch if you wish to amend or cancel any such payment.
