Why is my personal details page blank on Credit Card Online Services?

It may be when using Credit Card Online Services and trying to access 'Personal details' then 'View and manage personal details', the page loads but the main section of the page is blank. This is a known issue if you are using a non supported browser such as Google Chrome or Firefox 4.

To resolve this issue, please use one of our Credit Card Online Services supported browsers, which are;

Internet Explorer
V7 on Windows XP, Vista or Windows 7
V8 on Windows XP, Vista or Windows 7
V6 on Windows XP or Vista

Firefox
V3.x on Windows XP, Vista or Windows 7

Safari
V3 or V4 on Mac OS
