I haven't received my Online Banking activation code, what can I do?

Your Online Banking activation code is a 10 digit code which would have been sent to you by us when registering, re-registering or opening an account with us.

If we already hold your details on file, you should receive your activation code by text within 48 hours

If we don't hold your details, or your details have recently changed the code will be sent by post.
