As part of the Mobile Phone Insurance, will the replacement phone I receive be identical?

We will try to provide you with the same model as the one you have claimed for.

If we can't provide you with an exact replacement, then we will supply you with one that has similar features and functionality to the one you have claimed for.

All replacement mobile phones will either be of the same make and model or of a similar specification and will not be an upgrade to the latest model.

Our replacement phones are refurbished in ‘as new’ condition using genuine manufacturer parts and include a 12-month warranty.

In certain circumstances, we will offer to repair your phone instead of replacing it. This allows you to keep your current phone.
