What is an Annual Summary Statement?

An annual summary statement is a document we send out to you highlighting any charges or interest that have been applied to your account during a 12 month period. You will receive an annual summary statement for each account that you hold with our bank.

Annual summary statements are generated and sent on the anniversary of the account opening date, or the anniversary of the accounts conversion date (e.g. Select converted to Reward). We cannot change the date that annual summary statements are sent out.

These statements will be sent in the post if you are due to receive paper statements or saved online if you are due to receive electronic statements.

Please note, Annual Summary Statements do not cover savings accounts.
