Do I need to register for Mobile Phone Insurance?

No, you're automatically covered but we recommend that you register your handset to make the claims process quicker.

When registering your handset you will be asked for your handset make, model number and your IMEI number, so have them ready. You can find your IMEI number on the back of your phone behind the battery or by dialling *#06# on the keypad. If you change your handset, remember to let us know.
