I don’t know my email address that I used to set up MyRewards, what do I do?

The email address you registered for MyRewards is used to communicate to you regularly with your Rewards balance and personalised offers.

You can access your MyRewards account using our secure mobile banking app without entering your login details.

Just log into the app and within the ‘MyRewards’ section at the bottom of your screen, select either ‘View Statement’, ‘Earn Rewards’ or ‘Exchange Rewards’ to access your account*. Then go to the Personal Details section where you will be able to see which email address is registered to your MyRewards account. If there is no registered email address, please contact the MyRewards team on 0370 901 6790. Open 7 days a week 8am-8pm.

Alternatively, if you would like to access your MyRewards account through Online banking or a web browser and cannot remember which email address you have registered for MyRewards, please contact the MyRewards team on 0370 901 6790. Open 7 days a week 8am-8pm.

*This feature will not be available for customers whose first opened account was a Reward or a Reward Black Credit Card unless they subsequently opened a Reward current account. They should set-up and access their MyRewards account online here (opens in a new window)
