Why have I received a text message informing me the Mobile Phone Top Up service will be removed?

Regretfully we have had to take the decision to remove mobile top up from the app in mid June 2017. We have sent text messages to all customers who have used the service in the last few months to inform them.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused, you can however continue to top up your mobile phone through our ATM network or by contacting your network provider directly.
