What do I do if I've blocked my credit card PIN?

If you have blocked your PIN at a cash machine or at a Point of Sale retailer, you will need to call our Credit Card Helpdesk to remove the block on the PIN. A PIN reminder letter will be posted to you automatically.

After you have called us you will need to:

  1. Visit any NatWest, Royal Bank of Scotland (In Scotland) or Ulster Bank cash machine
  2. Insert your card and enter your PIN
  3. Select 'Other Services' and then 'Unblock PIN'

You will then be able to use your card & PIN.
