Why can't I order a cheque book or paying-in book?

You can order a cheque book or paying-in book online provided you have previously ordered one for that account through Telephone Banking.

To order a cheque book or a paying-in book select 'Payments and transfers' from the main menu. Then under the 'Order books/stationery' section click on either 'Order cheque book' or 'Order paying-in book' as appropriate and follow the on screen instructions.

If the account you are trying to order a cheque or paying-in book for is not listed, then your cheque/paying-in book preferences have not been recorded for that account and you will need to contact Telephone Banking to place your order.
